Tips for Better Searches
To search for a specific phrase as a whole, use quotes, as in "speech recognition"
Each phrase or word is searched separately. So a search for speech recognition, without quotes, will match records that contain 'speech' or 'recognition'.
Records are retrieved based on whether the search terms match any of the following: study title, journal title, author last names, abstract, keywords, interface category, interface name, interface description, diagnosis, body site, subject's functional description, subject's diagnosis description.
All cases for matching studies are retrieved.
These factors mean that you may get more data on a free-text search than you expected.
